Bring GitHub link previews back to Slack.

Sometime in 2024, GitHub URLs stopped unfurling on Slack, Discord, and Teams. Nobody knows exactly why. This site is a tiny proxy that fetches the page and re‑emits the og:* tags the way they used to look. Stick fix in front of github.com and the previews come back.
